Can I apply to the ELITE Program for Black Youth if I am not Black?
Yes. You can apply to the ELITE Program for Black Youth if you are not Black. However, given that the Program hopes to use the Wellness and Coaching Series to support specific challenges only encountered by youth who self-identify as Black, the Wellness and Coaching Series may not be open to those who do not identify as Black. Instead, they will be offered one-on-one coaching, as needed, and tailored to their needs. In lieu of the Wellness and Coaching Series, those who do not self-identify as Black may use the time on the other elements of the paid internship experience such as the work-integrated activities or the team-based Entrepreneurship Design Series. All elements of the ELITE Program experience are paid.
