The Steering Council guides the strategic direction of the Program and advises on the programmatic elements of experiential learning and work-integrated training. It oversees requests for and approvals of major changes to the Program. It advises on key performance indicators and budgets. It reviews progress reports and approves annual reports, plans, and budgets. The Council works closely with the Community to promote and attract new opportunities to the Program. It ensures that recruitment advertisements will include language to attract a diverse cohort of interns, including Black females and Francophones.
